This major refurbishment was for a developer in Parsons Green. The aim was to double the footprint of the building to provide 7 bedrooms from 2 existing flats with 2 bedrooms to each flat.
The developer required 2 a T Design to provide drawings for planning and building control.
The client produced their own interior designs and oversaw the construction phase.
