This major refurbishment was for a developer in Parsons Green, London. The aim was to double the footprint of the building to provide 6 bedrooms from a 3 bedroom house.

 

The refurbishment created a new a double dormer roof, a basement conversion and a rear extension.

​

All stages were undertaken by 2 a T Design and the interior finishes were by the Client for rental purposes.
