This refurbishment from a single bedroom apartment in Primrose Hill, was a complicated conversion to a 2 bedroom apartment. The design had to integrate the new London Plan rules for room design sizes and all window locations.

The design and rules also had to integrate the sloping ceiling areas, as well as cupboard locations and sizes.

​

The client and contractor created the finishes palette of warm flooring with light and bright walls.

 

This project was for rental purposes.

All stages were undertaken by 2 a T Design.
