A single story rear extension and refurbishment to a rental property.

​

With a limited budget, the clients required the property to have flexibility in the layout of the house for rental purposes. By creating a gabled roof this lifted the extension for a larger and lighter layout.

Planning and interior layouts are by 2 a T Design and the interior finishes are by the Client.
