A single story rear extension and refurbishment to a rental property.
The extension was approved through permitted development rules for 'development in relation to the extension of a home'.
With a limited budget, the clients required the property to have flexibility in the layout of the house for rental purposes, also to create an open, light layout.
Planning and layouts are by 2 a T Design and the interior finishes are by the Client.
