CHISWICK 2012
A mansard loft conversion to 2 terraced houses on the Thames in Chiswick.
The loft conversions created a light-filled space to both properties with different family requirements.
No. 1 created a large bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe and No. 2 was created for a variety of functions, including an office, spare bedroom with ensuite as well as an entertaining area with bar.
The balcony provides panoramic views down the River Thames and also allowed the loft space to merge the interior with the exterior.
